Follow the instructions below to submit a photo for our Camp Directory.
We prefer a headshot if possible.

Press the button near the bottom of the page to submit a sample or your playing.

Enter your full name in the Name field.
Enter your email address in the Email field. Make sure you use the same email address you used when registering.
Drag a picture to the box, or click the Select Files button to select files from your computer or photo library. You can select multiple files if you would like, we will use the one we think is best.
When finished, the file(s) you uploaded should be listed in the box with the word "complete" after them. If they do not, click the Upload button.
If you are a first time camper you need to provide a video of your playing as well. Click the Share Video button to go to the Video Upload page.

Applicant grants the New Orleans Traditional Jazz Camp (NOTJC) a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your name, image, and likeness, only for the promotion and publicizing of the NOTJC. This license includes, but is not limited to, the right to reproduce, distribute, and publicly display the image in all media now known or hereafter developed.

We have never shared headshots publicly, except for distribution in our Camper Directory, which is on an Internet web server and in an online database accessible only to camp personel. We need your permission since the images are not kept on a private computer. Pressing the Upload button below gives us that permission.
