First Time Campers Video Submission

The form will be easier to fill out if you hold your smartphone in landscape (horizontal) mode.

First time campers need to provide a performance video or our review.

Follow the instructions below to provide a YouTube, Vimeo, or other link (preferred) or to upload a video.


NOTE: If you are a returning camper you do not need to submit a video.
Choose whether you are submitting a link or uploading a file.

Read this first before uploading your video or link for your music sample.

Applicant grants the New Orleans Traditional Jazz Camp (NOTJC) a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your name, image, likeness, and video only for the promotion and publicizing of the NOTJC. This license includes, but is not limited to, the right to reproduce, distribute, and publicly display the image in all media now known or hereafter developed.

We have never shared videos publicly, but since they are being uploaded to a server accessible to the Internet we need your permission to access them. Clicking either the Share Link or Upload Video buttons below gives us that permission.

  1. Enter your full name in the Name field.

  2. Enter your email address in the Email field. Make sure you use the same email address you used when registering.

  3. Enter a link to a video of you performing in the Video Link field. This can be any link to a video of you that can be viewed in a browser.

  4. Press the Submit button.

  3. Drag a video of you playing to the box, or click the Select Files button to select files from your computer. You can select multiple videos if you would like, but we would prefer you just submit the one that you think best represents your ability.

  4. The file(s) should automatically upload. If they do not, press the Upload button.

  5. When the file(s) have uploaded successfully, press the Done button.
